LEDFLARE works through the browser-based Web Player or inside an existing Resolume setup using the LEDFLARE plugin.
How It Works
Scan: Guests join from their phones.
Post: Guests send messages and photos.
LiveCam: Where enabled, guests can join the LiveCam queue for an operator-approved live video turn.
Moderate: Organizers review submissions and decide what is allowed to appear. LiveCam participants are privately previewed before the operator puts them on screen.
Live: Approved messages, photos, and LiveCam video appear on the event screen in real time.
Organizers remain in control throughout the event. Submissions can be manually moderated, while higher plans add smarter or more automated moderation tools.
LiveCam
LiveCam lets guests stream real-time video from their phone camera to an event screen.
Guests join the LiveCam queue from the event page. When selected, the guest starts their camera and enters a private preview that is visible to the operator but not yet shown publicly. The operator decides whether to put the guest live and can stop the live turn at any time.
LiveCam sessions are timed and video-only, without sound. Operators must continuously monitor every live turn because the camera content can change after the private preview.
LiveCam output can be displayed through the Web Player and supported FFGL or Resolume setups.

Setup and Display
LEDFLARE does not require Resolume or dedicated VJ software.
The Web Player can run in a browser on a computer connected directly to a TV, projector, LED processor, or other event display.
For Resolume users, LEDFLARE provides a drag-and-drop plugin that works inside an existing Resolume setup. This allows guest content to be incorporated into the operator’s existing visuals.
Paid plans add display controls through Web Player+, including custom event screen layouts, backgrounds, designs, and message placement.
Moderation
Organizers decide what goes live.
Messages and photos can be reviewed, approved, or rejected before appearing on screen. Higher plans add features such as Smart Queue, AI moderation, Host Mode, and full event logs.
LiveCam requires active human moderation. The operator privately previews the guest, chooses whether to put the feed live, continuously watches the complete live turn, and stops the feed immediately if necessary.
